Why is our beef 20% more than our competition? Because you get 20% more! We raise purebred Charolais cattle and they grow significantly larger than many other breeds. The industry average hanging weight is 800 lbs. Our average hanging weight is over 1,000 lbs!!! That means more meat in your freezer! We also use 307 Meats in Laramie, WY, a full USDA inspected processor. The slightly higher price compared non-USDA facilities is well worth the added safety and restaurant quality cuts.
